Cookies and browser storage

The directory uses a single third-party service: Google Analytics (visit counter, cookies _ga and _ga_…, lasting up to 2 years; visit data is processed by Google Ireland/Google LLC, USA, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). It is activated ONLY after you press "Accept" in the banner; until then not a single request is sent to Google. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it: the "Cookie settings" button at the foot of any page resets your choice, deletes the Google cookies and brings the banner back.

The only thing the directory stores in your browser is your list of favourite listings (localStorage). This is functional storage at your own request (art. 22.2 LSSI): it is created only when you press "♡ Save" and is never sent to the server.

Fonts, images and the semantic search model are hosted on our own server in the EU: when you browse the directory your browser does not connect to any external service, Google Fonts included.
