Privacy policy

The data controller is named in the Aviso legal. We process data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Spanish law LOPDGDD 3/2018.

For visitors

Of external services we use only Google Analytics, and only after your consent in the cookie banner (details and withdrawal on the "Cookies" page). Our own view and click counters are anonymous: we count the numbers without storing your IP address in the statistics. Favourites are kept only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the server. If you send a request or a complaint, we keep the contacts you provide in order to reply; such requests are kept for up to 12 months, and the basis for processing is your request for the service (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Search

Semantic search runs on a model installed on our own server inside the EU: the text of queries is not sent to any external service. Queries stay in the search log without being linked to you.

For listing owners

A listing is published by its owner voluntarily; the basis for processing is the publishing agreement (publishing rules, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Please be clear about this: a published listing is an open page on the internet. The data you provide (name, description, services, prices, photographs, cities you work in and contacts) is visible to any visitor without registration and available to search engines for indexing. Do not put anything in a listing that you are not prepared to make public.

You can change the listing at any time in your personal area, and you can ask us to hide or delete it: we do this within 7 days. We automatically strip EXIF metadata, including the coordinates of where a photo was taken. Drafts that are never submitted for publication are kept for up to 24 months.

Translations of your listing

We translate the listing into every language of the directory and publish it in those versions — this is part of the publishing service. A translation can be corrected, and any language version switched off, in your personal area; we notify you by email about each version we switch on.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability: through the contacts in the Aviso legal; we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency — AEPD (aepd.es).

Where the data is stored

The directory's server is in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Directory data is not transferred outside the EU and is not sold to third parties.
