Who we help and how

For apartment and villa owners, investors and anyone looking for property on the Costa Blanca. We help you find the right property, create an interior that suits you, prepare a property for living in or renting out, and fully deliver the project. We also work with commercial properties, holiday rentals and property owners who need ongoing support and management for their property.

How the work goes

Our clients can choose the format that suits them – from a small interior update or a showroom purchase to a full design project, realisation and ongoing management of the property. 1. Property Sourcing a property on the Costa Blanca for living in, renting out, investment or a future interior project. 2. Showroom Furniture, lighting, textiles, materials and décor can be bought in the showroom or ordered individually direct from over 500 factories across Europe – on their own, with no design project attached. 3. Design project and fit-out We develop an individual concept based on your wishes, lifestyle and budget. We create 3D visualisations, layout solutions and the necessary drawings. We select furniture, lighting, textiles, materials and décor, put together specifications and organise deliveries. 4. Turnkey realisation We coordinate the works and oversee the project through to a finished interior. 5. Post-project support We stay in touch after completion and, if needed, take on ongoing management of the property if you're based in another country. Not sure where to start? We'll talk you through your options and help you choose the right format for your needs and budget. First consultation – free.

Why trust us

We have over 20 years' experience in interior design and realisation. We work with our own team and with trusted manufacturers, contractors and tradespeople, and know the market and the specifics of the Costa Blanca well. We bring together interior design, fit-out, realisation and property, so we see the whole project, from choosing the property to its ongoing management afterwards. And most importantly, we always factor in the client's needs and budget, and personally oversee every stage.
