Who I help and how

I work with women aged 35 to 65 (this isn't a strict limit, more of a guideline). Women come to me when life feels like it's going round in circles, and something important just isn't working out: • the weight won't shift, however many diets and workouts have been tried; • relationships with men don't work out, loneliness keeps following them; • it's hard to connect with their children, old resentment towards parents lingers; • there's a financial ceiling they just can't break through; • it's hard to commit to an important step or venture; • there's no clarity about who they are or what their life is about; • self-doubt, shame, not accepting themselves; • relationships keep repeating the same pattern, even as partners change; • low mood, apathy and setbacks in life and work keep following them. We find the root cause — the situation the pattern grew out of. It might date back to childhood (core beliefs and fears are formed before the age of 7), to ancestral patterns that once helped the family line survive, or to past lives — and it's still quietly running your reality today. The work is based on ThetaHealing — a method that combines psychoanalysis, psychology, regression techniques, existential hypnosis, neuro-programming and energy practices. We find the root situation, clear it on an energetic level, and put new, supportive beliefs in its place. Then comes the coaching element: together we build your new, happy and healthy reality.

How the work goes

The first meeting is a free diagnostic consultation, where you tell me about your situation. From this, I get a sense of the beliefs, patterns and fears that might underlie your request, and we check this with a kinesiology test: the body doesn't lie, and it has direct access to the subconscious. I then suggest a structure for the work — what blocks the sessions will consist of. Each theta session lasts from one to two hours. We start with a short discussion of your request — what we'll be working on and what to expect. Then, through meditation, the brain relaxes and shifts into theta waves — a state in which the subconscious becomes most accessible. Through specific questions, I guide you towards the root situation: part of the session is built on my questions and your answers. Once the cause is found, we clear it energetically and put new beliefs and neural connections in its place, and everything ends with a meditation that brings you back. Throughout the session you remain fully conscious and in control of the process — you can end it at any point, and any installing of new beliefs only happens with your explicit consent. A single session has a limited effect — I recommend blocks of 5, 8 or 12 sessions.
