Who I help and how

I help visitors discover the real Madrid and see Spain beyond the main sights. I run private, tailor-made tours around Madrid, as well as trips to Toledo, Segovia and El Escorial. People come to me who are visiting Spain for the first time and want to get to know its history and culture, who are after unusual spots and interesting routes, and also locals looking to uncover the capital's secret places

How the work goes

I always try to make a tour lively, engaging and comfortable. We won't spend hours trudging from one monument to the next: we'll stop, rest, and drop into places where you can really taste the flavour of the city. After all, you can't get to know Spain without its cuisine! Along the way we can try local delicacies, chat about what we've seen and simply enjoy the atmosphere. I live in Madrid, and my family has close ties to Spain: my husband is Spanish. Thanks to this, I get to know the country not just as a guide and history enthusiast, but from the inside too - through traditions, family stories, everyday habits and, of course, Spanish cuisine.
