Who I help and how

The main goal for my students: to get into dancing, get in shape, boost their energy, learn to dance beautifully, work on flexibility and splits, release tension from the body, and build femininity, sensuality and body awareness…. I can also choreograph a wedding dance or a dance number for an event or performance… I approach each student's (client's) request individually: the most important thing is discipline and routine – we meet for training 2-3 times a week and step by step work towards the goal and the result.

How the work goes

Group classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 19:30-20:30. Each class lasts 1 hour. (teenage group) There are also individual classes - for ages 7-60 - at the student's request we arrange a time that suits everyone.(1 hour)
