Who we help and how

Negoda Solutions finds insurance for people living in Spain, and for their businesses. The broker isn't tied to one insurance company: the team compares offers from more than 40 companies and shows you where the terms are best for your particular situation. Medical insurance for a visa, residency and everyday life: Spanish policies with no co-payments (sin copagos), with reimbursement for private doctor visits (reembolso), and international programmes. Car and motorbike insurance, home insurance for owners and tenants, and cover against unpaid rent. For businesses: liability to clients, staff, premises and stock, cyber risks and director's liability. Also life insurance, decesos, pets, yachts and travel. There's also a health assistant: they'll help you book a doctor's appointment, translate and go with you to the visit.

How the work goes

Message us on WhatsApp or call: on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 the team replies within 15 minutes. The first consultation is free. Alena will ask why you need insurance and ask for your current policies: it often turns out that someone has been paying two companies for the same cover for years. The broker will compare offers and tell you honestly what the cheapest option doesn't cover — the decision is yours. We work online across all of Spain, with an office in Madrid. Many clients are in Valencia, Alicante, Torrevieja, Marbella and Barcelona. Once you're set up, the team reaches out every few months on their own and helps if you ever need to make a claim. You stay with the broker even if your policy moves to a different insurance company.

Why trust us

Alena Negoda has lived in Spain for 20 years. She has an MBA, spent eight years working at BBVA bank, and started her own business in 2015. She's been in insurance since 2017: she started out as a Sanitas agent, opened two offices, and since January 2026 has run the independent brokerage Negoda Solutions (CIF B05448881, licence DGSFP J4535). The team has worked with her since the early years, before there was even an office. Alena set up a school for insurance agents: four cohorts, with around 20 graduates now working at one major insurance company and another five at a different one. She's a SunClub resident, and her interview about the difference between a broker and an agent was published in SunClub Network magazine.
