Who I help and how

I help Ukrainians and other foreigners find property in Benidorm and the surrounding area, for long-term or short-term rental, or for purchase. I work with requests of all kinds — from finding a flat for relocation or seasonal living, to sourcing a home for a family or for investment. I take into account budget, area, family size, pets and other important criteria. I handle the search for current listings, communication with owners and agencies, arranging viewings, and support at every stage of closing the deal. My job is to make the property search in Spain clear, organised and as comfortable as possible for the client.

How the work goes

We start with your request: buying, or long-term or short-term rental of property in Benidorm and the surrounding area. We discuss your budget, preferred area, timeframe and search criteria. I source current options, help with communication with owners and agencies, arrange viewings and support the process right through to closing the deal. My goal isn't just to find a flat — it's to help you choose a home that matches your needs, budget and plans in Spain.

Why trust me

I work with property in Benidorm and help clients find homes to rent or buy, taking into account their needs, budget and personal circumstances. I know how important it is, in another country, not just to find a suitable property, but to understand the terms of the deal, negotiate with the owner and get through every stage without unnecessary stress. In my work, honest communication, attention to detail and tailoring solutions to the client's specific request matter to me. I'm interested in long-term relationships and recommendations, so I value trust and take every enquiry seriously.
