People come to us to buy or sell property, find a new build or an investment property, let out their home or hand it over to us to manage. We handle the whole transaction from start to finish (our 360 service) and help arrange mortgage finance.
How the work goes
We start with a consultation to establish the client's objectives. We then work out a strategy, select properties, put together the necessary documents or a buyer profile, handle the negotiations, work with lawyers to make sure the transaction is legally sound, and see the deal through to signing — including purchases with a mortgage. After completion, we can take the property on for letting and management.
