We're a team of experts in all things childhood. We understand what captures the interest of children of different ages, and what a party needs to be truly memorable for kids and adults alike. We organise all kinds of events: from an intimate birthday within the family to a large-scale celebration with a full programme, striking decor, shows and several activity zones. We know the venues and the ins and outs of hosting parties in Catalonia well: we'll advise on which format suits your chosen location and what's important to plan for. We also understand the level of organisation expected by families used to spectacular parties in major cities. We combine local know-how with the approach of the best big-city agencies and plan every event down to the last detail. Our team includes professional animators, hosts and performers. We create themed programmes, put together shows and workshops, and select costumes and decor. We can organise the whole party or take on specific tasks, depending on what you need.

How the work goes

First, we confirm the date and venue, the children's ages and number, their interests and your wishes. If you don't have a ready idea yet, that's fine — we'll suggest suitable formats and put together a preliminary quote. Once the concept and cost are agreed, we book the date and the team, and work out the programme, timing, decor and all the organisational details. Before the party we go through the plan once more, and on the day our team handles the set-up and running of the event. Preparation time depends on the scale of the party and the services chosen. An intimate format can be organised quickly if the date is free; for a complex concept with decor and several programmes, it's best to allow a few weeks. From you, we'll need the date, venue, children's ages and number, any theme preferences and an approximate budget.
