Who I help and how

I work with owners and investors who buy property in Spain to let out or resell. I help you work out what renovation the property actually needs, how to allocate the budget wisely, and how to make the property more attractive and easier to sell or let through the layout, colour scheme, styling and furnishing. I take on both stand-alone jobs and full turnkey delivery of a property.

How the work goes

We start with the property and your investment goal: letting, resale or getting the property ready to go on the market. I assess the property's current state, the budget and its potential, then draw up the concept, the layout plans and a cost estimate. From there I can take on the whole project: building work, sourcing materials and furniture, fit-out and final preparation of the property. You get a finished result without having to manage the builders, the suppliers and dozens of practical details yourself.

I have a degree in Environmental Design and hands-on experience of investment property. I invest in properties myself, so I look at renovation not only as a designer but also from an owner's perspective: how much it makes sense to invest, what will genuinely add value to the property, and where there's no need to pay over the odds. In Spain I have completed more than 20 projects across a range of budgets and briefs — from home staging and cosmetic updates to full renovation and remodelling.
