Who we help and how

We work with small and medium-sized businesses: setting up accounting, bookkeeping, trading, warehouse and sales. We implement Odoo as a single company management system, configured for the specific processes of each business: sales, purchasing, warehouse, finance, accounting, CRM.

How the work goes

We start with an audit: we look at how the company's accounting, sales, warehouse and bookkeeping work now, and which tasks need addressing first. We carry it out in person in Valencia, across Europe, or online. We hold meetings with the manager and key staff. Based on the audit, we prepare a technical brief and a commercial proposal with the scope of work, stages, timeline and cost. Once approved, we get to work: configuring Odoo modules, migrating data, building integrations and, where needed, custom development for the company's processes. A typical implementation project for a small or medium-sized business takes from 1 to 3 months. While working on the project, we hold interim demos for the client. Before launch, we test the system together with the client, train staff and prepare instructions. After launch, we provide support and stay in touch with the client.
