How the work goes

We don't start with long conversations 'about everything' — we start with your real request: what you want to change, and why it hasn't happened yet. The personal Navigator helps you see your individual system: your strengths, your potential, recurring scenarios, inner contradictions and the points where energy is being lost or movement is blocked right now. Then the actual transformation begins. In REAL CODE METHOD APS™ I combine subconscious work, hypnotherapy, body and breathing practices, and personal assignments. We don't stop at 'now I understand why this happens'. What matters is that this new understanding starts showing up in your decisions, actions, relationships, achievements and quality of life. That's why the work is always individual: the person doesn't adapt to the method — the method works with the specific person.
