Who I help and how

Women come to me who want to better understand themselves, work through their relationships, and discover their femininity, sexuality, purpose, and how to express themselves. Often, a very different theme is hiding behind the initial request. Through the transformational game "BURLESQUE", I help women see what had previously gone unnoticed, recognise their inner limitations, and find their own answers to important life questions.

How the work goes

We start by getting acquainted and defining the request. If a participant isn't yet sure what she wants to work through, we can shape the request as we go. The "BURLESQUE" game moves through five portals: relationships, the body, purpose, self-expression, and sexuality. Using game tasks, questions, and metaphorical cards, the participant explores her situation, discovers new perspectives, and finds her own solutions. I accompany the participant throughout the game, helping her go deeper into the themes that come up and see new possibilities. Format — individual or group sessions, online or in person. Duration depends on the format and the number of participants.

Why trust me

My path to working with people began long before I discovered transformational games. For many years I've studied self-knowledge, personal development, and various practices that help a person understand themselves better. My main talent is creating an atmosphere of trust, where a person can speak openly about their feelings, desires, and experiences. As the facilitator of the "BURLESQUE" game, I don't give ready-made answers or impose solutions. I help the participant hear herself, see her situation from a different angle, and decide for herself the direction of her next steps.
