Who I help and how

People come here seeking harmony and renewal for soul and body. I hold numerous international diplomas covering a wide range of spiritual, energy and practical approaches to questions of this kind. I am a mentor and spiritual guide, a yoga and meditation master, an energy practitioner, a facilitator of the transformational game Leela, a Theta practitioner, a practitioner of Access Bars energy massage, a master of Divine Alignment, a manifestor of states and desires, and a practitioner of German alternative healing methods. I have studied psychology and psychosomatics, ecology and geology; I have a deep connection with the Earth, and all my practices are gentle and ethical in character.

How the work goes

✨ We begin with a free consultation and the practices, sessions and sound healing available in abundance within my community. ✨ Next, we identify the tool best suited to supporting the person at that moment. ✨ Then we work to a well-established process — I have been gathering this knowledge for 20 years, and everything I do rests on uniting spirit, soul and body.
