Since 2021 I've been growing OKTOWN.com.ua in Ukraine, and since November 2025 — OKTOWN.es in Spain, in the Valencia region. SUP Moncofa operates as an OKTOWN venture and has been welcoming guests and locals on the Moncofa coast for more than one season now. Over the season the business earned a rating of 5.0 out of 5 based on 23 reviews on Google Maps — the result of careful attention to every customer and a quality board fleet. The rental fleet includes simple oval boards for calm water, stable 11.6 SUP boards that one or two people can ride, and professional JP boards for wave riding — less stable, for those who are already confident on the water. I personally meet every customer, run a safety briefing and pick a board to match their skill level and goals: some want a calm paddle, others their first surfing lesson on a wave. Besides rental, I run individual SUP lessons and morning sunrise outings on Saturdays and Sundays. I'm proud that in the first season I managed to build trusting relationships with Moncofa locals and tourists, and many of them come back again. I run the business honestly and transparently, and all rental agreements are drawn up officially. Tourists and Moncofa locals come to me who want to try SUP for the first time or already ride and are looking for quality equipment and convenient service. For example: families with children look for a calm paddle along the shore on a stable board; beginners ask to have the basic technique explained and a safe route picked out; more experienced riders want to take a professional JP board and ride the waves; guests on a short holiday want a one-off rental without unnecessary formalities, while those staying longer want several sessions in a row to confidently master SUP. For every request I pick the right type of board from the fleet, run a short safety briefing and cover the first moves, check the weather and current on the day of the rental, and suggest a convenient time to get on the water. Separately, I run individual SUP lessons (€25) for those who want to work on their technique under supervision, and group sunrise outings on Saturdays and Sundays (€30) for those who want to watch the sunrise from the water in relaxed company. Why trust me

The process is simple, with no unnecessary red tape. First the customer gets in touch with me — via the website, phone or SUP Moncofa's social media — and says what they want: a one-off board rental, an individual lesson or a sunrise outing. I check their skill level, the number of people and a convenient time, taking the weather into account. On the day of the rental we meet at the rental point in Moncofa 10–15 minutes before the start. I run a short safety briefing, show the basic technique if it's a first-time experience, and pick a board and paddle to match height and level. Board rental lasts from an hour upwards, an individual lesson takes around an hour, and the sunrise outing is a group format on Saturdays and Sundays. All that's needed from the customer is ID for the rental agreement (all agreements are drawn up officially) and payment — I accept card via Stripe or cash. After the briefing the customer heads out onto the water on their own, while I stay on the shore keeping an eye on safety. At the end, you simply return the board and paddle to the rack.
