Who I help and how

I help women and men of all ages and fitness levels reach their training goals - from their very first sessions to serious progress in strength and fitness. I work with people who want to: * lose weight and improve their body shape; * build muscle and get stronger; * improve posture and physical condition; * boost endurance and overall fitness; * learn to do exercises correctly and safely; * get back to regular training after a long break; * train at their own pace while still getting results and support from a coach.

How the work goes

How we work together 1. Getting to know you and setting a goal Before we start, we get in touch and discuss what you're looking for: what you want to achieve, your fitness level, where you'll be training and any individual factors to consider. 2. Getting ready for training If your sessions are online at home, I let you know in advance what equipment you'll need - only what's necessary for your programme. If you're training online at a gym, I ask you to send me a video or show me the equipment and machines available at your gym beforehand. 3. A personalised programme Based on your goal and the equipment available, I put together a training plan made just for you. For gym training, the programme is built around the specific machines and equipment available at your particular gym. 4. Training and supervision During the online session, I explain the correct technique for each exercise, keep an eye on how you're doing and adjust your movements if needed. We don't work from a one-size-fits-all programme - it's built around your goal, ability and pace. The main principle behind my work is to make training as effective, clear and personal as possible, whether you're training at home or at the gym.

Why trust me

My training is backed by more than 20 years of experience in professional sport. I've been through the journey of a professional athlete myself, so I know the training process not just in theory, but from my own many years of experience. I'm an International Class Master of Sport, and I competed in three Paralympic Games - London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020. I'm a multiple champion of Ukraine, a European champion and a medallist at international competitions. In different years I was ranked among the top five strongest athletes in the world in my category. Over years of professional sport, I gained a deep, hands-on understanding of how the human body works, how muscles and joints interact, how movement is built and just how important biomechanics and correct exercise technique are. My approach isn't based on sporting experience alone, though. I hold a degree in physical education and sport, and I'm a specialist in physical education. So in training, I draw on my professional sporting experience, my education, my understanding of physiology and movement biomechanics, and each person's individual characteristics, all at once. I don't just hand out exercises - I understand why they're needed, how to perform them correctly, and how to adapt the training process to you and your goal.
